What are the rental fees?
New Arrivals: $2.99 for 1 night / $3.50 for 2 nights
Everything Else: $2.50 for one night / $3.00 for 2 nights
(Over 5,000 movies on VHS and DVD to choose from!)
Week Long Rentals: 4 dvds for 14.99 for 7 days or 4 vhs for 12.99 for 7 days Mix and match dvd and vhs for 13.99, Sorry this does not include our new releases.
What are the Late Fees?
Avoid costly late fees! Rental items are due by 7:00pm.
We have a one-hour grace period - so 'technically' rentals are due back by 7:59pm. But, at 8:00pm a late fee will be automatically added to your account for each late title. Late fees accrue on a per-day, per-title basis - if you have 3 overdue titles you will be charged $3.75 for each title every day they are overdue.
Late fees are charged when late items are returned.
All late fees are automatically charged to your account when late titles are returned. If you'd prefer to pay your late fees a different way - please return your late titles to someone at the counter and let them know.
What if I forget to rewind the tape?
You may be charged a $.50 fee for each VHS tape you do not rewind.
Where do I return my rental after hours?
There is a safe, secure night-drop located in our front doors for returning DVD, VHS or Laser Discs when we are not open. Machine rentals must be returned during our open hours.
What do I need to sign up for an account?
All you need to join is a picture ID and a major credit card or a debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo. If you don't have a credit card, you can still open account - but, you will need to leave a cash deposit for each title that you rent.
Can I add friends or family to my account?
Yes, you can add as many friends or family to your rental account as you want. BUT, Please remember that you are responsible for ALL of the additional people on your account. This means that if all six of your roommates and your little brother go on a vacation to Denmark for a month and forget to return their rentals - not only are you responsible for returning them.... you will be automatically charged for all of the resulting late fees.
If I already have an account, what do I need to have to be able to rent?
Just bring your picture ID to rent - we don't have a membership card. If someone is authorized to rent on your account - they'll need to know what name the account is under and have their picture ID.
Can I reserve a Tape/DVD?
You can reserve any catalog titles up to 2 months in advance via the phone or in person. If you no longer need a title you reserved - please call and cancel your reservation as soon as possible. We do not reserve new releases or titles that are not released.
